° Corresponde a la Sección de Personal la administración del personal del Ministerio conformé a las normas que regulen la materia.

Parágrafo

Las funciones adscrita al Grupo de Bienestar Social, que coordinará proyectará y ejecutará programas de bienestar para los empleados del Ministerio y sus parientes, se adelantarán en coordinación con el Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil.
