Art. 5º. Las personas que posean terrenos baldíos en virtud de título definitivo expedido después de la promulgación de esta ley, de conformidad con sus disposiciones, y cuyos cultivos permanentes hayan durado por lo menos ocho años, tendrán sobre ellos absoluta y perpetua propiedad, con libre enajenación y sin restricción alguna en el ejercicio de aquella.
