Servicio activo, el docente se encuentra en servicio activo cuando ejerce las funciones propias del cargo del cual ha tomado posesión en propiedad. También se considera el docente en servicio activo cuando su cargo ha sido suprimido o cuando no se le haya asignado carga académica.
