Art. 45. En las administraciones en que no haya interventor, los administradores llevarán por si mismos la cuenta de la administración; i en las que hubiere aquel empleado será de su cargo el desempeño de aquella función, la custodia de los comprobantes i del archivo, i la copia o duplicado de la cuenta que debe quedar en la administración al fin del año: en ambos casos el despacho i firma de la correspondencia oficial corresponde al administrador.
