Autorízase igualmente al Gobierno para organizar la carrera diplomática y consular y para abrir a la Ley de Apropiaciones los créditos necesarios para atender a los gastos que demande el cumplimiento de la presente Ley.

Parágrafo

De las autorizaciones que se confieren por esta Ley podrá hacer uso el Gobierno hasta el 20 de julio de 1938.
