° El personal de que tratan los artículos anteriores que sea postulado para dictar clases por horas, deberá acreditar previamente, mediante certificación expedida por el Director y Pagador del plantel donde preste sus servicios, que está dictando el número de horas de clase que le corresponde según lo dispuesto en el presente Decreto.
