En las visitas de cárceles deberán cerciorarse los funcionarios que concurrieren: 1o Del estado de los procesos y de si sufren algún retardo o no; 2o De cómo se trata a los detenidos y de si se cumplen las disposiciones legales y reglamentarias al respecto, y 3°. 9 Si hay el establecimiento aseo, seguridad, comodidad y la debida clasificación y separación entre las diversas clases de detenidos.
