Art. 4.° El Director Catedrático de la Escuela Normal del Cauca gozará de un sueldo anual de mil pesos desde 1.° de febrero próximo en adelante. El actual Director de dicha Escuela pasará a rejentar personalmente las escuelas anexas i clases de pedagojia.
