°. Vigencia y derogatoria . El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, modifica en lo pertinente el artículo 4° del decreto número 4971 de 2009, deroga el decreto número 179 de 2014 y las demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias y surte efectos fiscales a partir del 1° de enero de 2015.
