El indulto hace cesar las incapacidades del condenado, de que trata elArtículo 31 siempre que en el decreto o providencia que concede el indulto no se exprese otra cosa; pero no hace cesar ni la interdicción de funciones públicas, ni la suspensión del ejercicio de una profesión u oficio, ni la vigilaría especial de la autoridad, salvo que se disponga así expresamente al dictar el indulto.
