º. Las acciones de la clase "B" en poder de los bancos deberán ser cedidas al Gobierno Nacional a título gratuito, sin pago ni indemnización alguna, en caso de disolución o liquidación del banco tenedor, y las acciones del Fondo de Estabilización solo podrán ser adquiridas por el Gobierno Nacional, en cuyo evento se convertirán en acciones de la clase "A".
