Adiciónase el artículo 2.1.3.3.1. del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero con el siguiente inciso: "Los almacenes generales de depósito podrán, por cuenta del acreedor, ejercer la vigilancia de los bienes dados en prenda sin tenencia y contratar por cuenta de sus clientes el transporte de las mercancías".
