Los Fondos de Empleados tendrán un Revisor Fiscal que deberá ser Contador Público debidamente matriculado o autorizado. En caso de que el Fondo no dispusiere de recursos para su contratación, podrá ser eximido de tal obligación por el Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Cooperativas.
