Art. 2.° Si se establecieren en tierras baldías dehesas de ganado o siembras de cacao, café, caña de azúcar u otra clase de plantaciones permanentes, el colono, ademas de adquirir la propiedad que se le concede por el artículo anterior, tendrá derecho a que se le adjudique gratuitamente una porcion del terreno adyacente, igual en estension a la parte cultivada. El Poder Ejecutivo fijará las reglas que deberán observarse para facilitar a los colonos la demarcacion i adjudicacion de dicho terreno adyacente.
