Sanción para quien obstaculice la práctica de pruebas. A quien impida u obstaculice la realización de cualquier prueba en el proceso, el funcionario impondrá por resolución motivada, arresto inconmutable de uno a treinta días, según la gravedad de la obstrucción y tomará las medidas conducentes para lograr la práctica inmediata de la prueba. La decisión no será susceptible de recurso alguno y tendrá cumplimiento inmediato.
