La sociedad llevará un libro de registro de socios, registrado en la cámara de comercio, en el que se anotarán el nombre, nacionalidad, domicilio, documento de identificación y número de cuotas que cada uno posea, así como los embargos, gravámenes, y cesiones que se hubieren efectuado, aún por vía de remate.
