ARTICULO 14. Si al momento de solicitarse el concordato existe auto ejecutoriado de apertura del proceso de quiebra del empresario, y el juez tiene conocimiento de ello por cualquier conducto, deberá rechazar de plano la solicitud. Si tal conocimiento lo adquiere el juez después de haber admitido la solicitud de concordato, procederá a declararla desierta y enviará de inmediato el expediente al juez que conozca de la quiebra.
