Los funcionarios que contravengan el presente Decreto incurrirán en multas de cien ($100.00) a quinientos ($500.00) pesos que serán impuestas por su inmediato superior, sin perjuicio de la nulidad del nombramiento o acto contraventor (Tesoro Nacional).
