Las deliberaciones y decisiones de la Junta Directiva se harán constar en un libro de Actas, las cuales se autorizarán una vez sean aprobadas, con la firma del Presidente y del Secretario, y cuyas copias darán fe cuando sean expedidas y autenticadas por el Secretario.
