Inversión de los recursos . La Fiduciaria La Previsora S. A. invertirá los recursos que se manejan a través del Fondo de Contingencias Contractuales de las Entidades Estatales exclusivamente en títulos TES, en el mercado primario o en el secundario de los mismos, según lo que determine para el caso la Dirección General del Tesoro Nacional del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
