Modificase el artículo 1º del Decreto 4676 de 2007, el cual quedará así: "Artículo 1º: Contingentes anuales: Establecer Contingentes Anuales para la importación de maíz amarillo, maíz blanco y fríjol soya originarios y procedentes de países distintos de los Miembros de la Comunidad Andina, tal como se indica a continuación

Tres millones (3.000.000) de toneladas métricas de maíz amarillo clasificado por la subpartida arancelaria 1005.90.11.00.

Cincuenta mil (50.000) toneladas métricas de maíz blanco clasificado por la subpartida arancelaria 1005.90.12.00.

Doscientas Cincuenta mil (250.000) toneladas métricas de fríjol soya clasificado por la subpartida arancelaria 1201.00.90.00."
