En los contratos de concesión, para obras de infraestructura de transporte, sólo habrá lugar a la aplicación de los artículos 15,16 y 17 de la Ley 80 de 1993 , mientras el concesionario cumple la obligación de las inversiones de construcción o rehabilitación, a las que se comprometió en el contrato.
