Apelación. Recibida la documentación de apelación, el Jefe de la División de Escalafón y Carrera Docente del Ministerio de Educación Nacional dispondrá del término de veinte (20) días para preparar y presentar la sustanciación ante la Junta Nacional de Escalafón para la decisión respectiva. TITULO III Disposiciones finales sobre régimen disciplinario.
