Article 8

El Artículo 43 Del Decreto 599 De 1991, Quedará Así: "las Escrituras De Adquisición De Soluciones De Vivienda De Interés Social Deberán Otorgarse A Nombre De Uno O Algunos De Los Miembros Del Hogar Beneficiario En Representación De Éste, Según Su Libre Decisión Y En Ella Se Dejará Constancia Expresa Sobre Los Siguientes Hechos: A) Que Se Trata De Una Solución De Vivienda De Interés Social Y Obtenida Con Subsidio Familiar De Vivienda; B) El Valor De Dicho Subsidio Y La Fecha De Adjudicación Del Mismo; C) Las Sanciones Previstas En El Artículo 8º De La Ley 3º De 1991"

º El artículo 43 del Decreto 599 de 1991, quedará así: "Las escrituras de adquisición de soluciones de vivienda de interés social deberán otorgarse a nombre de uno o algunos de los miembros del hogar beneficiario en representación de éste, según su libre decisión y en ella se dejará constancia expresa sobre los siguientes hechos

Que se trata de una solución de vivienda de interés social y obtenida con Subsidio Familiar de Vivienda;

El valor de dicho subsidio y la fecha de adjudicación del mismo;

Las sanciones previstas en el artículo 8º de la Ley 3º de 1991".
