° Cuando los Tribunales Superiores deban proveer cargos de Juez Municipal dentro de la cuota de libre designación prevista en el artículo 71 del Decreto 250 de 1970, lo harán entre quienes hayan terminado estudios de derecho cuando para dicho cargo no hubiere solicitud de Abogado Titulado.
