El acto previsto en el artículo anterior se someterá a las disposiciones pertinentes sobre fusión y enajenación de establecimientos de comercio. Cumplido tal acto en esta forma, la nueva sociedad se sustituirá en todas las obligaciones de la anterior con todos sus privilegios y garantías.
