Rendimientos financieros de excedentes del FONPET. Los rendimientos financieros generados por los recursos excedentes del FONPET del Sistema General de Regalías, son de propiedad de las entidades beneficiarias. A estos rendimientos, se les debe dar la misma destinación prevista en las disposiciones vigentes para estas asignaciones, surtir los trámites ante el OCAD Paz o instancia que corresponda y adelantar su ejecución conforme el artículo 2.1.1.8.4 del presente Decreto, y se deberán incorporar al capítulo presupuestal independiente de Regalías de la entidad beneficiaria y del ejecutor designado.
