Objeto misional de las Comisarías de Familia . Las Comisarías de Familia son las dependencias o entidades encargadas de brindar atención especializada e interdisciplinaria para prevenir, proteger, restablecer, reparar y garantizar los derechos de quienes estén en riesgo, sean o hayan sido víctimas de violencia por razones de género en el contexto familiar y/o víctimas de otras violencias en el contexto familiar, según lo establecido en la presente ley.
