Requisitos Para Las Personas Que Hayan Ejercido El Rol De Ex Madres Sustitutas

Requisitos para las personas que hayan ejercido el rol de Ex madres Sustitutas. Para acceder al subsidio de la Subcuenta de Subsistencia del Fondo de Solidaridad Pensional, las personas que hayan desarrollado el rol de madres sustitutas deberán cumplir con los siguientes requisitos

Ser colombiano.

Tener como mínimo 57 años de edad si es mujer o 62 años si es hombre y no reunir los requisitos para acceder a pensión.

Haber desarrollado el rol de madre sustituta por un tiempo no menor a 10 años.

Acreditar la condición de retiro como madre sustituta a partir del 24 de noviembre de 2015.
