Ley 7 de 1984 · Por medio de la cual se autoriza la emisión de la estampilla "Pro-Universidad Popular del Cesar" y se establece su destinación

Créase una junta especial denominada "Pro Universidad Popular del Cesar" encargada de administrar los fondos que produzca la estampilla cuya creación se autoriza, con el fin de asegurar la destinación establecida. Dicha junta quedará integrada así:

Por el Gobernador del Cesar quien será su Presidente;

Por un delegado del Ministerio de Educación Nacional;

Por el Rector de la Universidad Popular del Cesar;

Por un representante del cuerpo docente de la Universidad Popular del Cesar;

Por el Coordinador Seccional del ICETEX.

Actuará como representante legal y ordenador del gasto previa autorización de la Junta, el Gobernador del Departamento quien la preside.
