Naves Adquiridas en Remate. Para la matrícula de naves extranjeras que hayan sido adquiridas en remate público por nacionales colombianos, se observarán los requisitos contemplados en el presente Capítulo, a excepción de la presentación del pasavante.

En tales casos, el armador deberá presentar el fallo de la Autoridad Judicial competente, debidamente autenticado, que elevado a escritura pública constituirá el documento de propiedad de la nave.
