Comparación entre el valor normal y el precio de exportación . El precio de exportación y el valor normal se deberán examinar sobre una base comparable equitativa. Para esto se tendrán en cuenta las condiciones acordadas para la entrega del bien, preferiblemente a nivel ex fábrica y con base en operaciones efectuadas en fechas lo más próximas posible. Así mismo, la autoridad investigadora, según las circunstancias particulares, podrá aplicar ajustes para contrarrestar las diferencias que influyan en la comparación de los precios.
