Articulo 5° Organos : La dirección y administración de la Corporación serán ejercidas por los siguientes órganos principales: a) La Asamblea General de Accionistas; b.) La Junta Directiva, y c) La Gerencia General. Cada uno de estos órganos desempeña sus funcionas dentro de las facultades y atribuciones que les confieren los presentes estatutos y las leyes vigentes. La Corporación tendrá también un Revisor Fiscal. CAPITULO III De la Asamblea General de Accionistas.
