º Cuando el interesado se crea con derecho a la ayuda oficial indicará en su manifestación dos o más vecinos honorables que puedan atestiguar respecto de las circunstancias que indica el artículo 2º de la citada Ley; pero la Junta podrá prescindir del parecer de los vecinos señalados por cada peticionario y tomar informes por medios diferentes.
