Artículo tercero. Destínase la construcción de propiedad del Ministerio de Agricultura y Ganadería y que se encuentra ubicada en el Puerto de Buenaventura y sobre lote de propiedad nacional vecino a la Aduana, para deposito de las mercancías y mercaderías que en la actualidad se encuentran en la bodega denominada de rezagos y que hace parte de la extensión dada en uso a ICOPESCA en virtud de este Decreto. ICOPESCA ejecutará por su cuenta y a su costa todas las reparaciones, mejoras y adaptaciones necesarias a efecto de habilitar dicha construcción para bodega de rezagos.
