º Adecuación. Los Concejos Distritales o Municipales que hayan adoptado la categorización con anterioridad a la fecha de expedición del presente Decreto, deberán adecuarla de conformidad con lo aquí establecido, dentro de los sesenta (60) días siguientes a su vigencia. El Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística y la respectiva Contraloría Departamental, Distrital o Municipal según el caso, dispondrán de un término de treinta (30) días, contados a partir de la expedición de este Decreto, para enviar al Alcalde respectivo, la información a que se refiere el artículo 1º.
