º. Modifícase el artículo 5º del Decreto 2001 de 2000, el cual quedará así: Artículo 5º. Comités de Orden Público. En cada municipio y distrito especial del país, funcionará un Comité de Orden Público integrado por el Comandante de la respectiva Guarnición Militar o su delegado, el Comandante de la Policía, el Jefe de Puesto Operativo del DAS o un delegado del Director Seccional y el Alcalde Municipal, quien lo preside. Son funciones de estos Comités, coordinar el empleo de la Fuerza Pública y coordinar la puesta en marcha de los planes de seguridad.
