° El inciso 2° del literal e) del artículo 51 del Decreto 741 de 1993, quedará así: “Propuestas en Consorcios. “Podrán presentar propuestas conjuntas para la licitación del servicio de telefonía móvil celular, de conformidad con el artículo 4°, literal b) de la Ley 37, únicamente los proponentes que se encuentren debidamente inscritos, calificados y clasificados en el Registro de Proponentes. En la red A dichas propuestas sólo se podrán hacer entre sociedades de economía mixta o las empresas estatales y en la red B sociedades privadas entre sí”.
