La Corte Suprema de Justicia, los Tribunales Superiores de Distrito Judicial, el Gobierno, y el Procurador General de la Nación, harán en propiedad los nombramientos de Magistrados de Tribunales Superiores, Jueces y Agentes del Ministerio Público, que les competan, de acuerdo con la fecha que el Gobierno señale para que comience a aplicarse la organización judicial de que trata la presente Ley. El Decreto Legislativo número 1867 de 1965 regirá hasta la mencionada fecha.
