°. Cálculo y recaudo de las Rentas de Congestión . Corresponde al ASIC calcular y recaudar en forma mensual el valor correspondiente al (80%) de las Rentas de Congestión, con base en el producto de la energía exportada a los países vecinos dentro de los Convenios de la Comunidad Andina de Naciones a través de los Enlaces Internacionales por el diferencial de precios entre el mercado colombiano y el del país al cual se exporta la energía eléctrica.
