Destínase la suma de cincuenta mil pesos ($ 50.000.00) como auxilio al Municipio de Tumaco para la reconstrucción del edificio del mercado público, destruído por los embates del mar. Esta suma será entregada al Tesorero Municipal de Tumaco, quien garantizará su manejo con una caución adicional y rendirá las cuentas de su inversión a la Contraloría General de la República.
