AUTORIZACION AL FONDO. El Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras señalará los aspectos operativos, plazos y condiciones que permitan llevar a cabo el programa de venta definido en este Decreto. Con tal fin divulgará, en coordinación con las bolsas de valores y mediante periódicos de amplia circulación, los avisos o reglamentos a que haya lugar.
