° El inciso 3° del artículo 13 del Decreto 2799 de 1980 quedará así: El representante legal deberá entregar al ICFES, dentro de los dos (2) meses siguientes a la fecha en que quede ejecutoriado el acto administrativo mediante el cual se hace el reconocimiento de personería jurídica, copia auténtica de la escritura con la correspondiente constancia de registro, si se hubieren aportado derechos reales. El ICFES se abstendrá de conceder licencia de funcionamiento a los programas de la entidad, mientras no se dé cumplimiento a esta exigencia.
