Antes del 30 de junio de cada año, los propietarios o poseedores de inmuebles o de mejoras podrán presentar ante la correspondiente Oficina de Catastro, la estimación del avalúo catastral. En los municipios donde no hubiere Oficina de Catastro, su presentación se hará ante el Tesorero Municipal. Dicha estimación no podrá ser inferior al avalúo vigente más el reajuse que corresponda al año en el cual se hace la correspondiente estimación y se incorporará al Catastro con fecha 31 de diciembre del año en el cual se haya efectuado.
