Artículo decimoséptimo . Las Facultades estarán dirigidas por un Decano y por un Consejo Consultivo. Las Escuelas, Institutos, Departamentos y demás unidades docentes estarán dirigidas en la forma que prevea el estatuto general. Los Decanos, Directores y Jefes constituyen la autoridad ejecutiva de la respectiva unidad, bajo la dirección del Rector.
