Articulo cuadragesimosegundo. El presente Decreto será aplicable a todas las sociedades mutuarias cualquiera que sea su clase y fecha de constitución. En un plazo de los (2) años contados a partir de la lucha del presente Decreto, las sociedades mutuarias constituidas con anterioridad a dicha fecha deberán adaptar sus estatutos a las prescripciones del mismo.
