Decreto 349 de 2018 · por el cual se modifican los Decretos 2685 de 1999 y 390 de 2016 y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Modifíquese el inciso segundo y adiciónese un

Parágrafo

al artículo 103 del Decreto 390 de 2016, los cuales quedarán así: “Estas mercancías permanecerán almacenadas en el depósito aduanero hasta que sean sometidas a un régimen aduanero de importación o a una reexportación”. “

Parágrafo

En los depósitos aduaneros se podrán custodiar y almacenar mercancías desaduanadas en el mismo depósito. Para estos efectos se deberán identificar las mercancías sujetas a control aduanero y las mercancías desaduanadas, así como su respectiva ubicación” .
