Modifíquese El Artículo 2

Decreto 1564 de 2022 · por el cual se modifica el Decreto 1070 de 2015 “Decreto Único Reglamentario del Sector Administrativo de Defensa” en cuanto a la reglamentación de las Medallas Militares “Servicios Distinguidos en Operaciones Especiales” y “Cruz de Plata en Operaciones Especiales”.

°. Modifíquese el artículo 2.3.1.3.6.8.5, el cual quedará así: “ Artículo 2.3.1.3.6.8.5. Otorgamiento. La Medalla Militar “Cruz de Plata en Operaciones Especiales”, será otorgada mediante Resolución expedida por el Comandante General de las Fuerzas Militares, de conformidad con lo previsto en el literal d), ATRIBUCIONES DEL PRESIDENTE, del artículo 2.3.1.3.6.2 del presente Capítulo, previo cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos para el efecto y aprobación del Consejo de la Medalla.

Parágrafo

La medalla militar “Cruz de Plata en Operaciones Especiales” será conferida a un mismo individuo tantas veces como se haga acreedor a ella en acciones diferentes”.
