Los Tribunales Superiores, por necesidad manifiesta del buen servicio, podrán acordar otra distribución que la establecida en esta Ley, de las ramas civil y criminal, donde haya dos o más Jueces.

Los acuerdos que con tal fin expidan los Tribunales se someterán a la aprobación de la Corte Suprema.
