Transitorio . Las terminales de transporte actualmente en funcionamiento, dentro del año siguiente a la vigencia del presente decreto, deberán obtener de parte del Ministerio de Transporte la respectiva homologación de su habilitación, para lo cual deberán enviar la justificación técnica de que trata el artículo 9º del presente decreto, junto con el respectivo manual operativo para refrendación, por parte del ministerio. A partir de esa fecha, si no se ha obtenido la respectiva homologación la empresa terminal no estará autorizada para cobrar las tasas de uso.
